Rocky at lower flows, some paddlers portage this rapid (which can be almost as difficult as running it). Consider running only the final drop from the eddy on river left - it's a doozy. Portage river left, with difficulty. At medium flows (1,000 cfs to 1,600 cfs), a pretty sticky eddy on the last drop is known to cause its fair share of swims.
