River Description

Mellow section of river between the Hebgen Dam and Quake Lake. It's a very friendly float for adults and kids alike. No noteworthy rapids, just 1.7 miles of splashy continuous quick water through meandering channels. Class I. Only rated I-II because there is wood in spots you'd do well do avoid, but there are not any significant hazards. This river is a popular flyfishing spot.
