2 kayakers ran Permanent rapid at 980 cfs on 7/5/2026, on the first rapid there is a river wide strainer. could be removed with a saw, (different from the large log that is there) I did not have one. you can use the alternate put in about 500 feet down the road and completely miss the rapid and strainer.

I have run down to about 300 on this gauge and it is still a fun run, just scrapy at the bottom.
