Fun beginner friendly rapids with 2 exciting parts for new to intermediate kayakers. Lot of flat water in the beginning and end of the trip. Took about 4 hours with some paddling. Good water depth and flow had no problems. Nice mix up from the upper james perhaps a bit easier.
