South Fork Mills River
Pink Beds to Turkey Creek.

A few miles below High Falls, after boogie-ing through numerous class II+ shoals, you’ll come to Copperas Rock, a large cliff wall that partially overhangs the river. A few eddies exist to savor this magical moment that few people get to experience. Above and below Copperas Rock, there are almost-continuous class II boogie water, quite enjoyable at 700 CFS, with a few larger rapids scattered between, although everything is boat-scoutable.
