Put in is at the Satan's Kingdom Recreation Area parking lot, just past the entrance on the left there's a rough set of stairs down to the river.

Three sets of rapids, first is under the rt 44 bridge, then the most difficult one thru the main gorge, then the final one at Rooster Tail.

Take out on river left, past Cherry Brook but before the river passes under the rt 202 bridge. There's a grassy picnic/fishing area on river left where you can take out as well as later drive down to pick up your boat. Cars should be parked for the take out across the street at the commuter lot which is right at the intersection of rt 44 and rt 179.

This run basically follows the tubers run, although the take out described is slightly further downstream of the tubers take out.

You can also park and play by driving up to the Rooster Tail rapid on Ramp Road, which is on the east side of the river. Ramp Rd is a rough dirt road that is closed during the winter.

Ideal levels is between 4.5-5.0 ft. Above that things flatten out.
