Canajoharie Creek

Starts as a mellow river run. The creek enters a shale gorge which has a 35-40ft clean drop into a deep pool. Scout or portage on the right.

The lower gorge will continue to be Class 3+/4 ledges. Slowly the river will taper off and ends as a class 3 as it reaches the Mohawk.
