River Description

Kelly's Whitewater Park < http://www.kellyswhitewaterpark.com > opened in June 2010. It includes a short reach of the North Fork Payette that flows through the 3.4 acres of public park downstream of Cascades Reservoir. It is open and available for use throughout the summer. A rental shop has boards and kayaks you can try. Lessons are available for kayaking, stand up paddleboarding, and surfing.

Logistics: In Cascade, turn east at Highway 55 mile 114.4 and then 0.3 mile down to the river and the whitewater park.
