The low end of the gauge should be 40 cfs. One can actually run Komodo, the put-in drop, down to 10 cfs as a small park-n-huck.

The first drop, Komodo, gets its name for having sharp, dirty teeth. It's about a four foot drop through some pointy steel bars in to a concrete room that feeds a large culvert under Park St. This is the usual put-in.
