The park at Panola Shoals is closed. Panola Road going past the park itself is closed to traffic, too. Access on river right requires a long carry but it has a clear path and an easy grade. Parking on the shoulder of the road will accommodate a few cars. Another option is the pull-off along River Road ~1/4 mile upstream of Panola, river right. The bike path remains open through the park and road closures.

Lorraine Park is closed due to flood damage and the likelihood of further catastrophic erosion. The briefly existing ADA compliant ramp is gone. For the time being, access the river on the left side of the bridge. It's not a bad alternative.
