Jarbidge, East Fork

In June 2019, I found a river-wide log at the Cottonwood Creek Campground, and put in just below that. There isn't much action in the 1/4 mile between the Cottonwood camp and Murphy's anyway. From there the creek was boatable with no portages for all 2 miles to the confluence, but a couple hazards were certainly present and kept me awake. Flows were high (over 3,000 on the downstream Bruneau Gauge) and I found this section to be quite enjoyable. The last section is the fastest and best.
