River Description
Astoria River offers paddlers a fun beebop section, followed by a fairly straightforward canyon section, followed by a tilted boulder slope with the river bouncing down it. A very continuous run with very good views. High water would kick up the risks a lot. Take out downstream at the bridge over the Athabaska.
