River Description
Majority of this land is owned by The Wilds, a christian camp. Access is extremly limited & monitored by camera. There are several large waterfalls that could be ran. There are also several that would be mandatory portages. You can see part of the creek if you hike the foothills trail but that section isn't worth the trouble of hiking there.

From Leland on Boatertalk:
the toxaway river is supposed to be good.
toxaway creek is a total waste of time and effort. did it a few years ago and it was tons of flat, a huge portage or two, and a lot of lake. it sucked.
