19. Lee's Ferry to Lake Mead (The Grand Canyon)
Scouting this rapid on the right is a good idea. A large bedrock island splits the current. You want to pull right around this island but you need to be far enough out in the current to clear the rocks along the right shore. Running the left side around the island is not recommended.
