River Description
During Spring runoff and into early Summer, the Big Wood River from Ketchum's Rotary Park down to Broadway Run Road offers easy class II water and is a fun way to spend time on the river, but, be careful for river wide log jams. As of Spring 2021, there was a log spanning the entire river along the Red Cliffs sections below the Hwy 75/Hospital Bridge (43°38'51.1'N 114°20'35.6'W).
