Did this section just yesterday at 24 Cft/s and it was shallow in a few spots but if you watch where your going and stay on the deep areas of the river you can float the entire time. I camped at a campground on ker scott lake near the dam. The lake is much bigger then I thought and had a rough time paddling it after paddling 20 miles of river. I would advise to take out right as you enter the lake and then put back in below ker scott dam. The portage is steep and very long! Below the dam the scenery dropped dramatically and wasn't nearly as nice as before. Had plenty of water at 308 CFt/S but still had its shallow spots where you might scrap.
