Feb 27, 2026 - I had about 500 cfs in the Miami River. I'd consider this a good first time flow, on the low end of medium. There were no portages, and all the rapids were good. It was a straight forward bike shuttle and I'm looking forward to heading back. At this flow the rapids were soft class IV's, I would venture to guess that with more water the holes would become pluckier and eventually the rapids would reach the high end of class IV.
