River Description
Bobby Miller: I made a rare descent of Cattail Run today near my house with my friend Jeff Cogle! We had both heard that there was a waterfall down in there so we decided this morning was a perfect time to go explore! The creek is very small but was a fun run down fast water. The waterfall was pretty cool too.

Put-in - Cattail Run Road. It is important to note that the put-in should be used with caution. It's private property. You should slide in right off the road. Cars can't be left at the Put-in, but nearby, where Cattail Run road approaches WV 9 there is some space to leave a few cars.
