River Description

For a good description please see the Hudson river from Indian Lake to North River. This river typically is not run by itself as the run would result in a hike out of about 3 miles.

Update:  The NYSDEC plans to purchase the formerly private land now used as a hunting club, which extends from shortly downstream of the put in for the dam to the confluence with the Hudson.  This should open access to the Hudson and make this a viable run. More information is available HERE
