Bull Run

One of the slalom gates has fallen into the river and the wires are stretched across at or just above the water level, creating a significant hazard. We were able to slide over it today at around 1600 cfs, a little right of center. This is in the rapid by the powerhouse, at the main drop in that rapid. I’m not sure if you can tell from the put in, we didn’t notice until we were just about on top of it. It is a river wide obstruction.
