The way to gauge this is more closely related to the Stoddartsville gauge, it should be over about 400 cfs for Bear Creek to be running.

Put in is under the 115 bridge. Mostly a class III run with the falls at the Bear Creek Road a IV at higher levels. 2 floods over the past few years have washed most of the fallen trees away so the route is more open.
