Log in to add an alertRope has been cut. Ran the creek today and saw it draped against the bank river right. Probably broke from the wood that washed down.
The rope is still there. It is just above the rail road bridge at the top of Standard Steel. Approximately at 40.63837° N, 77.57473° W
About a half mile down from Man’s Narrows, there’s a rope strung across the creek about a foot above water level (at 4.25ft)… I’m not sure if this a known obstacle but it does not seem very boater friendly. Not the most concerning at that level if you’re aware but could be quite problematic and dangerous at higher, faster water levels
The creek has largely pushed the wood out of the way.
Immediately after the first bridge in Yeagertown (first bridge below Manns Narrows), the creek splits to flow around an island. There is a tree down in the river right channel, and has been there for awhile. KEEP RIVER LEFT.
