Log in to add a reportFlow of 336 or 394 was slightly above minimum. The 345 to 1045 cfs flow range matches what is in 'Canoeing Guide to Western Pennsylvania and Northern West Virginia', Roy Weil and Mary Shaw editors, 8th ed 1991. USGS and NOAA (also shown on Army Corps of engineers web pages), differ on the flow rate at the 2.76 ft gauge reading, with USGS reporting 336 cfs and NOAA 394. The guide book used the flow rate data from the Army Corps per a private communication with the editors.
Correction made to address previous comment
This is not the correct gauge to use for this section. The correct gauge is Mahoning creek dam outflow. USGS 03036000. And consider runnable range to be 2.8-3.9 feet or 345-1050cfs. This is both from my experience and from what I have found on a few other sites.
