Shohola Creek

Ran the Shohola from waterfall down thru the second box canyon on 4/21/13. Level was 2.36. Some, but tolerable, scraping through the flats, but wouldn't want to run it much lower. While the beams from the broken construction bridge (October 2011-aftermath of Hurricane Irene) appear to be removed completely there is still some wood to be on the look out for in the class 3 rapid after the top box; lots of wood in the flat section (about 3 non negotiable portages); and there is wood in the second box canyon before the take out- recommend scouting it, not sure how it will play out at different levels.
