Blackburn Fork

Can anyone recommend water levels appropriate for being able to run this creek? Is there a gauge anywhere? Can I get gauge updates online or over the phone? Any river features (rapids) worth noting on this long run? Anyone have any photos from a trip down this run? Where do I put in to avoid this 'Cummins Falls' obstacle just downstream? It sounds like a really nice run for a change of pace this time of the year. Seriously though, has anyone ever really run this thing before or not?Any better details that anyone could share with me would be very greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot. RHD
