03. Echo Park (CO) to Split Mountain(Dinosaur National Monument Split Mountain Canyon)
I highly recommend anyone trying this route to have a map downloaded and have studied the route previously, the red line is the part of the shuttle that I hiked, I biked the rest. Most adults will choose to pay the fair price of $100 for a shuttle from "River Runners Transport" out of Vernal, who also offer very fair rental prices on the redundant gear required by the Park Service (extra PFD and helmet).
