Floated the Upper Price from Scofield Dam to US-6 on 6/29/25 @ 180 cfs with an IK and a packraft. There were a few more river-wide strainers in the calmer upper section than last year. These were easy to spot and portage. Entrance to drop under the 4.5-mile trestle has a lot of wood, but drop itself was clear. Be alert to portage the spooky strainer at the start of the cottonwood grove about 7 miles from Scofield (walking the tracks left was easiest). Continue down the tracks a couple hundred yards to the next trestle to scout under this for wood, too. This level was great for inflatables and would probably be fine down to 120 as well.
