We paddled 6 miles starting a few miles downstream of Crows, near the last bridge crossing before Callaghan, and took out at the steel truss bridge at Stonewall Lane. Flow was 800 cfs (3.6 feet), a nice moderate level. There are a few class 2 rapids, but this is mostly cobble bars and moving water. The creek braids at about a dozen points, where strainers and logjams become an issue- we made 2 short portages. A fair number of cow pastures along the way, but few houses visible. The nicest section of rapids is the last half mile before the takeout. Access is a real issue on this creek- none of them are good. Easy bike shuttle of 5 miles, not much traffic on Rt. 159.
