7 Summersville Dam to Woods Ferry(Upper Gauley)
We went vertical. Joey and Barbara got worked really bad in the Room of Doom for about 35-40 seconds before it let them go and let them get some air, before sending then down the rapid into the Toilet Bowl at the bottom of the drop and flushed 150-200 feet downstream. I got lucky. I got flushed out early after about five seconds under and went straight towards Volkswagon Rock. I sucked air before the rapid pulled me down and whipped me around this house-sized monstrosity in a downward spiral/corkscrew. After that, it was a ride on the underwater superhighway until I popped up 200' downstream. Definitely an E-ticket Ride at Disney World. And I loved every second of it. If you could always jump in the same place at Pillow Rock and take the ride I had, I'd do it over and over again. But hey, Joey and Barbara fell in the same place I did and got worked really badly. So much for selling tickets.
