7 Summersville Dam to Woods Ferry(Upper Gauley)
This photo was taken the day after Isabel came through in 2003. The Meadow was pumping in 4000 cfs. You can see his paddle in middle of the froth. I would love to have gotten some pictures from Lost Paddle!
