Fowler Camp to McCloud Reservoir(Upper)
The official "Boat Launch" area is about a half mile below Lower Falls. This trail leads from the dirt parking area down the bluff to the river. The trail is nice for walking or carrying a kayak. A bit narrow for carrying rafts, but okay.
