5) Redbud to Briceburg
The rafts went down the right channel, but hugging the left side of that channel to avoid some big holes filling the right and middle of the channel. The two kayakers went down this left channel. The top seen in this photo is not too bad, but they hugged either shore to avoid a nearly river wide ledge hole at the bottom. It is easy to stay right at the top, but then just above the hole, right side lateral waves try to push you into the middle and into the hole. The left side of this left channel is harder at the top, easy in the middle and next to the ledge hole, but then more difficult dealing with smaller holes and rocks below.
