River Description
This can be a good stretch for beginners with some rolling experience, since its still a big river. Make sure you have floatation bags in your boat.
The Kings wave is about 1.3 miles above this takeout, with staircase access. Its in for surfing at high spring flows. In 2011 the Wyoming Whitewater Championship rodeo was held on this feature, with flows around 16,000cfs.
