Note that this stretch 'described' is above the trailheads (on either side of river) and will require packing your boats to. Would love to know more about the narrow gorge section low on this stretch. We tried to scout from the rim and saw at least one solid class IV wave at a narrow section of the river but we could not see much above here. We ended up dropping in below the narrows by hiking down to a meadow visible from the trail.
