Slippery Rock Creek

Me and a couple buddies Just ran the lower slip for the first time on saturday april 9th 2011, it was at 2800 cfs. Totally bigger waves than i expected but it was a ton of fun!! Definitely not all class II runs at these leves. The last rapid had some pretty huge waves at these levels and my friend almost lost his kayak in this section. As of saturday i did not see any strainers in the main channel of the creek...just fun fast water.
