| Gauge Reading | 2600 cfs at Slippery Rock Creek at Wurtemburg, PA |
| Flow | High Flow |
We ran the Eckert to Harris section on Saturday 4-26-25. The flow of the Slippery Rock at Wurtemburg was 2200cfs (4.25 feet at Wurtemberg) and 2600 cfs (4.59 feet at Wurtemberg) by the time we took off. The water was pushy, waves were large but everything was managable and boat scoutable. Eddies existed in all the key places to boat scout or take a break. One person described the run as a like 'New River Gorge Junior'. There was some great surf waves here and there. Probaly not a good level for someone with a weak brace or poor roll. Strong Class III skills or up advised. May be a fun level for shredding or rafting. Definitely worthwhile. Big fun!
