Put-in is approximately 1340' elevation.

Take-out is approximately 1170' elevation.

Therefore total elevation change is approximately 170'.

All which follows is (slightly edited) from a trip report filed May 12, 2018 by Jon Koch:

Class II's throughout the trip (though all need high water to be best in a white water boat), plus a couple of low bridges and rock wall pools built by land owners.

If water is running high, there's a class II+ with three separate short drops about a mile or so into the run. Another narrow rapid (just down stream of there) runs down a tree root and around a couple of large rocks that need to be missed, which could create holes in higher water.

The river stays narrow for a while before going under a small bridge. This will have to be portaged when waters are high enough to be fun!

Another small bridge that allows the water to flow over it exists further past that one, then the river widens, going from deep to shallower narrow areas that will likely have a few good rapids.

A couple more wide natural ledges with multiple route options, but (at time of this writing) have a few trees down on river left that would trap and drown you at high levels if the wrong path is chosen. Scout this!

Pay attention for large rocks and exit river right at the first 187 crossing (at around 4 miles). Unless you bring heavy wire cutters you cannot go any farther, as there is a high fence that cannot be portaged around.
