We floated from Chambers Springs Public Access to Arkansas Highway 59 a couple of weeks ago. Took about 5 hours. Probably about 9 or 10 miles. Long, slow pools connected by riffles. Chambers Springs is easy access on a dirt road about a 1/2 mile off Highway 412 behind a permanent fireworks business. Lots of parking on a dirt lot. Easy unload/access to river. Only ran into one slight obstacle - a tree down - but was relatively easy to cross over.

There are 3 drops at the Siloam Springs Kayak Park in the space of about 100 yards, along with a swimming pool area. Lot's of people playing in the water and in tubes. The drops were interesting. Wish they had a way to get kayaks back up without having to drag them :) Lot's of paved parking, port-a-potties, concrete walkways, and even a small climbing wall. www.siloamspringskayakpark.com

Arkansas 59 Canoeing & Rafting charges $5 per vehicle to use their access/take-out point.
