First off, I haven't run this one personally, but have witnessed it being run about 16 years ago. Secondly, I don't understand why the indicator gauge is on the Potomac. Thirdly, I think that this is more difficult than class 3, if for no other reason than you have to run Decision on the Cheat canyon at high water. Green's run is allegedly named after the old Ohiopyle photographer, Greg Green. It is often putrid water quality when running, thanks to overwhelmed septic tanks on that side of Kingwood. The part that can be seen from the road is fairly continuous, and there is allegedly a creek wide hydraulic just out of sight from the road. When my fellow Mountain Streams guides ran it in 96, they took out after Decision at the 'abort Cheat Canyon' take out there. This is probably going when Roaring and Daugherty are up or high, or when Elsey is close to doable. When I finally get this one, video and better beta will be posted.
