River Description

Fun little run to catch as a companion to other mid-state runs (Pine Dells, Prairie Dells, Trappe). Access is via town parks NW and SE of the town of Athens. There will be fairly continuous easy (class I-II) rapids through this reach if/when there is adequate water.

This being a very small creek could be choked with logs so check from some of the bridges in town. I think we were forced out 3 or so times on our trip. IF it were clean, and water was high it would be a fun little creek with a constant gradient.
