Upper Panther Creek is home to some roadside Class IV and V whitewater, and is also home to Chinook salmon, steelhead, and bull trout that are protected under the Endangered Species Act. Stay heads up for wood, and leave the wood in place to benefit the fish.

IDK what the people who ran it before me called it but God's Gates would be fitting. It ends at the beginning of the Class 3+ section and Stump Rock.

I portaged past a log jam here at the end of the Class 4 bit. Sits adjacent to the put In and begins the Class 3 stuff.
