Logan Creek

went to scount logan creek last night 5-29-08 and there is a large strainer just above the last part of the first big drop, it is not something to take lightly, hopefully it flushes but it was lodged in pretty good. the rest of what i walked looked freaken great. but that bad boy is just rite in the middle of the main line off the 'big' drop. don't want to see anybody get hurt. this is on the upper section.

The lower section looks great and has been flushed of the wood from last year. The strainer past the campground is gone making it possible to boat all the way to the lake. The second bridge up from the campground has a very dangerous strainer. We have been running below the bridge down to the lake. If the upper has a log across as stated in the other warning, the flow must come down or the eddies will be blown out making it impossible to stop.
