FORECAST FOR WEEK OF 02/02/2015 – UPDATED as of 2/3/15 at 11 a.m.:

Based on NOAA’s California Nevada River Forecast for below Our House Diversion Dam, there is now some potential for flows in the boatable range. Refer to the flow forecast below from 2/3/15 at 8:48 a.m.

Notably, at this time, the current flow forecast is showing a rapid spike in flows in the middle of Friday night/early Saturday morning with additional precipitation expected on Saturday that may continue to increase flows. At this time, the forecast does not show if the flows will stabilize in the boatable range or when/how the flows will recede (slowly, quickly or at what time of day). YCWA will monitor the flow forecast provided by CNRFC twice daily and provide updates, as needed.
