perhaps 3.8 is better cut off for the low end flow. You're definately not hitting or scraping over rocks at 4 feet (the suggested min.)
Durbin level was 2.4 or 500 cfs..
At this level the river moves right along with no manuevering neccesary,even the pools move along at around 3 mph
