River Description
Runnable only when there's been a loooot of rain. Usually this section is dewatered by the Deep Creek 'Lake' power plant. The run continues for a couple miles on the Top Yough. The listed length and gradient are for the Deep Creek part of the run only.

There are three main drops, the first of which is a 7-10 foot drop that has rocks just at the water surface. It's runnable with some careful scouting. The second is a cascade about 15 ft high. It's a little boney but is managable with a little care. Just below is a thirty-ft drop. The line I've run is off the two-tiered part. Make sure you land flat at the botton. It's really shallow. After that there are several small drops 'til you get to the confluence with the Top Yough.
