Log in to add an alert9/10/07 1000am 360cfs. Put in Forest Service road 1550, take out Marble Creek Camground. River Visibility unlimited. This is a relatively gently gradient, with some log issues but perfect for a pontoon boat or smaller craft. My 10.5 foot boat scraped the river bed here and there, overall, plenty of water for shallow draft boats at current cfs. Currently two significant portages. THe first is located in the lower middle section of the float. MASSIVE logjam , literally 300 by 200 yards wide, required a 350 yard portage over an oxbow that blasts off river right. We saw the jam coming and decided to exit the river quickly to the right. We climbed the jam and scouted a route first then decided to take the cobbly oxbow. The other log jam is located a bit further down from the first log jam i.e. half a river mile?ish. Second log jam is currently a 60 yard portage up and over a cobbly bar on river left. We fished our way down all day and ultimately took out a approx 7pm. Lots of salmon and some Char.
