Little Eastatoe

we ran this a few monthes ago and there is a lot of wood ,one above the big slide at i ducked and missed it but any water higher than it was would prove to be a baaad day,its in the main currunt with no way to go around at neck level,below the slide the river is way to choked to run,theres no way around the lower strainers in the water,the only option is to portage,maybe some heavy rain will wash it out soon.anyone know if its legal to clear them out with a chainsaw?
