Spring Creek

There is a river-wide log blocking the right channel just below Mill Creek Falls. You can cheat/portage (depending on level) by taking the left channel instead. Recent logging activity has created a lot of strainers in the lower half of this run. It is a terrible mess with lots of limbs shoved to the banks and into the river. I'm sure that conditions will change with each big rain, but there is potential for there to be some very bad stainers in this section, especially when running it at high water. It will likely get a lot worse before it gets better. Plenty of other wood hazards exist, but most are obvious. The one mentioned above comes upon you suddenly with little time to react.
