The wood described in my July 23 alert has been cut out sufficiently for boaters to pass on river left. Keep alert and make hard left immediately when you spot the remainder of the log jam in river center.

As of July 23, 2022, there is new wood about 1 2/3 mile up from the trailhead. It requires a super fast ferry to river far left to avoid, and I did not make it. I had to bench press my way out, and go down the 4 foot drop backwards, which turned out ok. There is not nice long view of this wood from upstream, and there is no convenient eddy to draw into for portage. Be very wary.

Ran today at minimum 3.3 ft. Big obvious wood in Trials and Tribulations. Eddy out river left and put in just over the boulder and immediately downstream of log. The rest of the rapid is fine.
