Rice Creek

There is a dangerous rapid at the far end of Victoria Bryant State Park. The Park has a road that crosses the river. The road and cemented boulders could create a strainer/smooth hole at high water. Also a dangerous low head dam is on the North Fork of the Broad above the takeout.
